Ocean Views Add Value For Maui Condos

A really simple and often overlooked factor in a property’s value is the view. Yes, everyone, myself included, always repeats “Location, location, location”, but it’s not quite just that straight forward. For example, in Hawaii, a beach view is vital to get that last bit of return out of your investment properties. Or, for that matter, your enjoyment of living in your own home.

In Hawaii, two of the most livable locations, and with best returns, are Wailea and Kihei. Wailea Condos mean that owners and renters have close access to some of the best beacheas and parks in the entire world, and certainly the U.S.: Mokapu Beach, Ulua Beach, Wailea Beach, and Polo Beach, and then Mākena State Park, and ‘ Īao Valley State Monument park.

Investing in Kihei Condos means you have access to both those parks within a very short drive but also the beautiful Kealia, Sugar Beach, Charley Young Beach, Cove Park, and Kewakapu Beach are close enough to walk. A condo overlooking any of these beaches will definitely supercharge your real estate investments.

Of course, this valuable beach view is hard to come by, it’s costly. But that cost also means the appreciation is that much higher. Say, for example, that your initial purchase prices is 50% higher, then so is your return! And it should be noted that a beach property is always in demand, even in a rough market like today. This is because they’re limited in quantity, and often of better quality than inland developments due to the higher cost of land and general construction expenditures.
So when you flip your Hawaii condo in Wailea or Kihei, you’ll more than make your money back. It’s a great market for those in the know, and now you’re one of them! But don’t beat me to it, would you?
